The Pilot in Command has ultimate legal responsibility over the operation of the flight, ICAO conventions explicitly state this. Whilst in practice the cabin crew will be the ones dealing with the passenger(s) and supplying information to the PIC , it won’t be them making the final decision.

What garbage collector?

What’s with the weird abbreviations?

He is saving 4 keystrokes out of ~400 by typing LNX instead of Linux.

But holding the shift key makes up for it, so seems like a bad strategy

You are overthinking it. It is neither a strategy nor keystroke saving (although technically with shift its 4 keystrokes as opposed to 5 for Linux and quite a few saved for Windows). I just typed that without thinking probably because it looks better and reads a bit easier (subjectively).

FYI xcancel is just a mirror that allows reading replies without needing an account.

Why does nearly all product marketing these days have to be delivered via "personality led" marketing?

The UK constitution isn't a "vague set of traditions", it is spread across a number of acts of Parliament.

Where can I find the official list of which acts are part of the constitution? And what additional obstacles exist to changing those acts beyond the obstacles to changing non-constitutional acts of parliament? In common usage, a constitution is something that restricts changes to ordinary law. If a "constitution" is made entirely from ordinary law it cannot function as a constitution.

Before you demand more explanation on the spot, you know there's a Wikipedia page for that. It explains the components how they are legitimated and the mechanisms of the UK government that rely on it.

Linux kernel provides ways to observe from user space. The problem is that there’s nothing to stop someone running a kernel which neuters anticheat tools ability to observe using that functionality. As far as I’m aware the only way to mitigate that is via measured boot attestation and having signed kernel etc.

How is this a barrier to using a microcontroller? I've sent http requests from many different microcontrollers.

What is your specific wheel hardware? It should simply be a case of binding the wheel axis in Content Manager’s controller options.

Simucube uses the hid-pidff driver which is built into the kernel. For setting up the base using the SC2 software there is a guide available[0]. I’m not an SC owner myself but there are a few people on the SimRacingOnLinux[1] discord who seem to have everything working nicely.
