I'm learning a bit more about various layouts that people use - I'm considering adding a feature to my https://www.typequicker.com/practice where folks can build any layout (and have the hand+keyboard visualization of that layout they built).

Do you think this would be appealing to folks who try alternative layouts? It would involve a bit of work from my end so I want to prioritize accordingly on my TODOs



I have yet to meet someone who replies "me too" when I mention I use dvorak-fr.

The work/reward balance may be punishing. I have no idea on the market share of alternative keyboard layouts and no idea where to find it. 1% ? 0.1 ?

I see - that's something I was afraid of. Way before releasing Type Quicker I had actually started working on adding all these layouts but put that on hold to prioritize other things. So far, it seems QWERTY is still like like 99% of users
